End User License Agreement (EULA) for MyTip: Friends, Movies, TV

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE “MyTip: Friends, Movies, TV” APPLICATION. BY DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.

This Agreement is between you ("User" or "you") and MyTip Innovations s.r.o., a company registered in Prague, Czech Republic, Registration Number: 21901236 ("MyTip," "we," "us," or "our"), and governs your use of the “MyTip: Friends, Movies, TV” mobile application ("Application" or "App") available on iOS and Android platforms.

1. License Grant

MyTip grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Platform Nature

MyTip App is a recommendation platform that helps users discover movies and TV shows through personalized tips from friends and AI personas. MyTip does not offer streaming or downloading of movies and TV shows. All movie and TV show titles, images, and trademarks referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners.

3. DMCA Policy

MyTip respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on the App infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA Policy for detailed instructions on how to submit a notice of claimed infringement.

4. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
• Compliance: By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions.

5. User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features, you are required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify MyTip immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Account Information Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date at all times.
