If your account is not linked to an email address, you can only sign in using the same mobile device where you originally created your account.

Steps to restore your account:

  1. Update the App: Ensure you have the latest version of the MyTip app. You can update it from our website MyTip or download it directly using this link: Download MyTip App.
  2. Use the Same Device: Make sure you are using the same device where you first registered your account. When you open the app, you should see an option to continue with your account.
